As your managing agent we will visit the property annually starting at the 6 month point and provide you with a condition report. If there are any works to be carried out we will retrieve quotes from our trusted contractors and ensure that any work has been completed to specification. We will remind the tenant of their obligations when required to ensure that you do not pay for maintenance that falls under the tenants responsibility. Our flexibility promises if you choose to use your own contractors or service providers, we would be happy to follow your instructions.
In the case that there are rent arrears we will chase the tenants and aim for swift resolution with a structured, professional approach. When the tenancy comes to an end we will endeavour to make sure that any contractual obligation that has not been fulfilled will be covered by the deposit. We will provide advice based on the check in and check out inventory and manage the deposit release process.
